Rental agent, computer programmer, Mac enthusiast (see photo) and classical pianist, Dan joined Wilkinson & Associates in 2006 as a rental agent.

Having first visited the Cape in 1978, Dan comes to real estate rentals with experience ‘on both sides’ — as a former renter (since 1983) and vacation home owner (since 1997). Unable to stay away, he became a washashore in 2004, relocating from Manhattan, where he had a 30-year career in chamber music and musical theater.

In 2011 he and partner Julia MacLeod Ruffino formed A Summer Place Vacations LLC, the former rental department at Wilkinson & Associates, now operating as an independent vacation rental business at the same location.
